Our first modular MMC development
We completed the regeneration of 24 properties at Stockwells, Moreton-in-Marsh in 2024, replacing them with 28 modern, MMC homes.
The new homes were all built in module in a factory by our development partners ilke Homes and transported to the site, with the first arriving in February 2023.
